These terms cover the Cravings Ace website at cravingsace.app, the waitlist, and the Cravings Ace iOS app once it is available. By using any of them you agree to what follows.
1. Cravings Ace is not medical care
This is the part that actually matters, so it goes first. Cravings Ace is a self-help tool. It is not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or licensed clinician. Nothing in the app is a clinical judgement about you.
Do not use it in place of professional care, and do not delay seeking care because of something the app showed you. If you are dealing with an eating disorder, or if food and body thoughts are causing you real distress, please speak to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
2. Using the service
You need to be at least 13 years old to use Cravings Ace. You agree to use it for its intended purpose, and not to break it, abuse it, or use it to harm anyone. Specifically, do not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
- Submit other people's email addresses to the waitlist without their knowledge.
- Interfere with, overload, or attack the service or its infrastructure.
- Copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its content.
3. Your account and your data
Your craving history belongs to you. It syncs through your own private iCloud storage, which means keeping your Apple account secure is your responsibility, and so is keeping your own backups. If you delete the app or your iCloud data, we cannot recover it for you — we never had a copy.

4. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means you are asking us to email you about the launch. It does not create an account, reserve anything, or entitle you to a particular price. We intend to offer waitlist members a launch discount, and we will describe its terms when we announce it. You can leave the list at any time through the unsubscribe link in any email.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- You cancel through your Apple account settings, not through us. We cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. We can ask on your behalf but we cannot issue one directly.
- We may change pricing. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for, and we will give notice before a change takes effect.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can export what you need.
7. Our intellectual property
The Cravings Ace name, logo, artwork, copy, and software are ours. These terms do not transfer any of it to you. Your own content stays yours; we claim no ownership over what you write in the app.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that using Cravings Ace will change your eating, your weight, or your health.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or any health or dietary outcome arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Cravings Ace at any time by cancelling any subscription and deleting the app. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken in a way that harms the service or other people.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and for significant changes we will give notice by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and MDApps, LLC each consent to their jurisdiction.
